Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love POSIBELA. If you are not completely satisfied with your first order, contact us within 60 days of the date your order was delivered and we will refund the product price you paid. You do not need to send the product back.

How the guarantee works

  • The guarantee applies to your first order of each product, once per customer and household.
  • Opened and unopened products are both eligible. Unless we ask you to, you do not need to return the product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund.
  • Shipping fees paid on your order are not refundable, unless the refund is due to our error.

Subscription renewals

The money-back guarantee covers your first subscription order. Renewal orders are not covered by the guarantee. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 48 hours of the charge: if the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full. You can cancel future renewals at any time, as described in our Subscription Policy.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date, for lost parcels) with your order number and, where applicable, a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships by emailing us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it remains covered by this policy.

How to request a refund

Email contact@posibela.com with your full name, order number and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state.
