How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription, your order is delivered automatically on a schedule that matches the size of your pack, so you never run out:

  • 1 Pack (1-month supply): billed and shipped every 4 weeks
  • 2 Packs (2-month supply): billed and shipped every 8 weeks
  • 3 Packs (3-month supply): billed and shipped every 12 weeks

The price of each plan is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. 2 Packs and 3 Packs ship free; for 1 Pack, any shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Recurring charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize BOMING ENTERPRISES LLC, doing business as POSIBELA, to charge your selected payment method today and automatically every 4, 8 or 12 weeks, according to the plan you selected, at the price shown at checkout for your plan plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Cancel anytime

There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can cancel by:

  • Logging into your account and managing your subscription, or
  • Emailing contact@posibela.com with your full name and order number.

You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.

Skip, reschedule or change

From your account you can also skip a delivery, change your next delivery date or update your payment and shipping details. You are not charged for skipped deliveries.

Orders already processed

Cancelling stops future renewals. An order that has already been charged and processed will still ship, and is covered by our Refund Policy.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email before the renewal to which the new price applies. You can cancel before that renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or cancel your subscription.
